What is rice kheer?
An extremely well-liked Indian dessert is kheer. It is frequently produced during Indian festivities and religious holidays. Slow-cooked white basmati rice, milk, almonds, and spices are combined to make the Indian rice pudding known as rice kheer.
Is it Possible to Saffron Rice Kheer?
Of course! Although saffron tastes great in Kheer, we would rather not use it because it might be a bit overwhelming. Once the milk is heated, simply add a few strands of saffron if desired.
Additionally, after the kheer is cooked through, you can drizzle it with a little rose water.
